Duke's new men's program for “male-identified” students discusses male privilege, patriarchy, “the language of dominance,” rape culture, pornography, machismo and other topics.

Remember ladies, this image is suppose to a bad thing

Alex Bressler, another junior on the leadership team, said the program would help men “proactively deconstruct our masculinity.”

I have spoken with women who have this mindset (the mindset that men need to be reprogrammed) and unfortunately they have spoken rather candidly with me about their beliefs (my third child was born on campus at Yale Law- when I tell you I have lived among them, I am not kidding). I'll give it to you in nutshell.

They do not want men around at all.

What men are around in their perfect world, should be emasculated subs at their beck and call.

His shirt reads, "This is what feminism looks like".

They see a beautifully non-violent future where social justice is the highest law of the land, all babies are test tube products (so women never have to be slaves to parasitic babies) and all babies are most importantly all female.

Of course they intentionally ignore lesbian violence;
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)'s 2010 National Intimate Partner and Sexual Violence Survey reports on the lifetime prevalence of rape, physical violence or stalking by an intimate partner, focusing for the first time on victimization by sexual orientation. It finds a victimization prevalence of 43.8 percent for lesbians, making it the second most affected group after bisexual women (61.1 percent), ahead of bisexual men (37.3 percent), heterosexual women (35 percent), heterosexual men (29 percent) and homosexual men (26 percent).[9]
But they can deal with little meaningless internal issues like the outrageous rate of violence among lesbians later on when their revolution has eliminated all the true undesirables and infidels by birth.

For real, they want all men to go away forever

 Hashtag #killallmen is a thing

To better understand where they come from try to remember that almost all of academia are actually sociopaths. Like true sociopaths they have no problem with a little PeopleIdonotlike-o-cide.

The first step in getting rid of men is to just plain make them illegal.

They can't really do that, right now anyway, but they can make everything it is to be male a target. Their body language, their instincts, their desires are all deemed hate speech.

Their need to protect, well, it's all unnecessary because in this Brave New World there is no violence and no guns (remember we're not allowed to talk about violence among plumber's crack lesbians).

Everything men say and do from holding the door to fixing your flat tire is male violence and a display of rape culture.

This man is a rapist

Heetstreet   has a great piece on Duke's new program; the quote below is theirs.
Duke’s new program is patterned off of a similar one at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, where participants are asked to contemplate how masculinity plays a harmful influence in lives.

There the program seeks “to shift the culture of masculinity toward more non-violent norms”—the underlying assumption being that violence is currently the norm for men.

Remember it's not verbal violence when it looks like this

I'm not worried about this movement actually busting too far out of its academia cage. I have faith that the rest of humanity, and by humanity
I mean people who are capable of feeling emotions, all fully realize how ridiculous this is.

I understand that their whole goal is to offer programs like this one voluntarily at first and just like everything else they do, the next step is to make it legally required.

But before they force men to obtain a permit to keep their testicles and a three day waiting period for pre-approved very polite sex; I think society will backlash against it all.

Because really some women just need to have their hair pulled.
